What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us: the name, company, email address, optional phone number, optional revenue range and enquiry details submitted through our contact form, and the name and email address submitted to our newsletter with your consent.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a relationship follows, to manage that engagement. Newsletter details are used to send our periodic perspectives. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you ask to be removed.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies — an anti-forgery token that protects form submissions, and a session cookie used only by authenticated administrators. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that set no cookies and store no personal data: page views are counted in aggregate, and no individual visitor can be identified.
Your choices
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it, and you may withdraw consent to our emails at any time. Write to connect@gsvsynergy.com and we will act on the request promptly.
